I placed the order on September 19th and a few days it became an email message that the order had been sent. Whether the package has already arrived home or is still on its way? I have ordered £60 worth of clothes and paid for 3-5 day delivery. They have still not arrived and there is no phone number to call to speak with someone. I am a so for mum with very little income and this company had just taken my money and not produced the goods. That is theft in my book and I will be reporting this company to the go social ombudsmen and the police.

They will come to your WAREHOUSE . “ they Emailed said we are trying to pay everybody back “ I said WHEN ME ? they said 7 days. 2 days later they emailed said I had been refunded to my card. They paid through Amazon pay , even though I paid direct to website . So I was right their bank account is connected overseas (China ) they can’t refund direct to customers . Mine was a debit card as usual . I still will report to Trading Practices . my post is coming up on internet so job done and got my £10 back. I posted this review to 3 review sites. @lasulaboutique is a disgusting company! They have received my returned products, which weren’t even what I ordered, and then issued a refund on my lasula account but not to my bank! Now ignoring all emails. I was a first time customer who will now never return. I advise all to stay clear!

Yodel have been told that I had moved from that address but l do not know where they went to but it was not my address. I have tried to contact yodel but to no avail.

Hi I made a order and paid for next day delivery to be completed on thrusday the 28tg of March. Received the info saying that yodel has delivered my parcel but I still haven’t received until today. I’ve been in contact with them and they advised me to contact you in regards to get the refund as nothing has been delivered. My tracking number is JD000224****061481. Trying to return an item is ridiculous! There is not return label or information provided with the items and you will notice on their website that there is no phone number!! Make sure you have proof of posting if you want to return anything although it’s safe to say I won’t be ordering ever again!

I have tried contacting them 3 times, no response, no other way to contact them. The items I received were awful, didn’t look anything like the photos. I ordered around £100.00 worth of items and I have no way of dealing with them, wish I would have read the reviews first!!
